We strive to ensure our users are satisfied with the knowledge and tools we provide. However, due to the digital nature of our products (online courses, eBooks, downloadable resources, etc.), we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
Refunds Not Applicable:
Digital downloads or video courses.
Misunderstood content after purchase.
“Change of mind” or personal reasons.
Offers purchased under discounts.
Exceptions:
We may consider a refund only in the following rare cases:
Duplicate payment (you paid twice).
Technical error where payment was made but access was not granted (with proof).
